These Terms and Conditions relate to the promotional rates for the Supu Voice Bundles launched on 27^th Sept-22. The promotional rates will remain in effect up till 31^st Dec-22.

Customers who use these Supu Bundles will be deemed to have read, understood, and consented to these terms and conditions before claiming any such benefit. All users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• The aforementioned value proposition is as detailed below:

• These are promotional rates, effective 27^th Sept-22 to 31^st Dec-22.
• On-net means MTN to MTN voice calls.
• Off-net means MTN to Other Networks voice calls.
• All-net means voice calls to all local networks including MTN.
• The all-net minutes can be used for voice calls to all local networks.
• To benefit from these value propositions, users are required to possess an MTN SIM card.
• Customers are free to buy the resources as many times as they please.
• In order to buy any of these value propositions, customers are required to dial *160*21# to access the menu. Alternatively, the menu can be accessed through the MyMTN and MoMo Apps.
• Payment for any of the aforementioned Supu Bundles can be done using MTN Airtime or MTN Mobile Money.
• To check the total data balance, customers will dial *131*4#.
• MTN will support this offer with marketing support at the points of sale with merchandise and point of sale communication.
• This offer is restricted to the prepaid customers.
• In case of support, customers will call the general helpline (100) for all product related inquiries for the Supu Voice Bundles.
• By benefitting from this offer, customers permit MTN to use their voices, pictures and life stories to be used in MTN’s marketing communication for the period of 12 months from the time the service was activated for them.
• MTN shall bear no responsibility for any harm and/or losses occasioned them from the use of the purchased resources.
• Information regarding the campaign that is published on authorized advertising material will also form part of the terms and conditions of the campaign.
• MTN may in their sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any time, or terminate the promotion altogether, without notice.
• MTN’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Benefitting customers will receive SMS and/or telephone notifications from time to time from MTN Uganda.
• Any additional products or services not included in the offered value proposition but required by the customer for a fulfilling a desired user experience, will need to be arranged and paid for separately.
• If for any reason any aspect of this campaign is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of Synergy which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this bundled offer, MTN in its sole discretion may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the local regulator.
• MTN will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
