The promotion is open to all MTN Mobile Money customers who use the school pay option to pay school fees for their children during the promotional period.

The promotion will run for a defined period of 60 days from the day of commencement for each go back school fees season for traditional schools as per the Ministry of Education curriculum and  timetable. during which time eligible transactions will be considered valid for entry into the draw.

To be eligible for entry, customers must make a school fees payment using MTN Mobile Money. Only transactions processed through the school pay method on MTN Mobile Money will be considered for entry into the draw.

Customers participating in the promotion will have the chance to win school fees for one term, an amount equivalent to the school fees termly payment made, up to a maximum of 1,000,000 (one million) Uganda shillings. If the school fees amount is less than 1,000,000, the customer will receive the exact amount of the school fees. If the school fees amount exceeds 1,000,000, the customer will receive a maximum of 1,000,000 as the prize.

The prize amount will be credited to the winner’s Schoolpay Student number or, school paid Lo using MTN Mobile Money account during transacting within 5-10 calendar days from the announcement of the draw results.

The draw will be conducted using the school pay method transaction database on MTN Mobile Money. Winners will be selected randomly from eligible en tries and announced through official MTN communication channels.

3 draws scheduled every 20 days during the promotion period will be scheduled, with the first draw scheduled in the first week of the beginning of the new school term. At announcement, the parent mobile money number, student whose feed have been paid and school the student belongs to will be validated and provided with support of the school fees payment partner- School pay.

Winners will be notified via their registered MTN mobile numbers and other contact details provided to MTN Mobile Money. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that their contact information is correct and up to date.

Winners may be required Lo provide necessary documentation and information to verify their eligibility and identify. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

By participating in the promotion, winners agree to the use of their names, photographs, and testimonials for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, if any, related to the receipt of the prize. MTN Mobile Money will not be responsible for any tax implications associated with the receipt of the prize.

MTN Mobile Money reserves the right Lo disqualify any participant who is found Lo be in violation o f the terms and conditions or who engages in fraudulent activities or misconduct.

MTN Mobile Money reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through official channels.

MTN Mobile Money and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.

The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes a rising from the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uganda.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants agree to abide by the decisions of MTN Mobile Money, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.

By participating in the MTN Mobile Money School Fees Promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Any violations of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
