These Terms and Conditions relate to the Gaga 5G Bundles.
Customers who use these Gaga 5G Bundles will be deemed to have read, understood, and consented to these terms and conditions before claiming any such benefit. All users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

MTN Uganda is introducing Gaga 5G bundles starting 11th December 2023 and the following rules will apply to the said bundles above.

• These are mobile offers and are time bound.
• They can be bought at anytime of ay or night and the validity counter will take effect immediately when the package has been activated for the customer.
• Payment method for these packs will be both MoMo and Airtime.
• A customer should be able to buy multiple Gaga 5G passes i.e. across speeds, the one with the highest speed takes president.
• Customers will be able to see their Gaga 5G balances by dialing *131# or by checking with MyMTN app
• These packs will allow the customer to enjoy unlimited access to the internet up to the FUP volume allocated for each pack.
• After the allocated volume has been reached, a customer will be stepped down to a speed allocated as in the FUP column above. e.g. Video Pass (3 Hours) will allow a customer to use the internet up to 10GB and any usage after within the 3 hours will be capped up to a maximum speed of 3Mbps.
• MTN Uganda reserves the right to change the FUP rules in the future for the different packs as it seems fit.
• A customer will get the maximum benefit of this offer when they have a 5G phone/ device and within a 5G location.
• These packs will fallback to 4G/3G in case of 5G outage.
• This offer is available to Bot Prepaid an post paid customers.
• When a customer buys another 5G pass, it will be stacked on the already existing package bought thus extending volume and duration. A customer can only buy multiple offers from the same pack and not across packs. i.e. I can buy multiple Video Pass bundles but I can’t buy a Gaming Pass unless my video Pass has expired.
• The Gaga 5G packages will take priority of usage over any other data bundle the customer has.
• The customer will be notified 30 minutes to, 5 minutes to and when the package expires.
• To buy any of these Gaga 5G Packages, customers dial the *165#, *160#, *100# interactive USSD strings or through My MTN app
• MTN shall bear no responsibility for any harm and/or losses occasioned them from the use of the purchased Gaga 5G Bundles.
• Information regarding the Gaga 5G Bundles that is published on authorized advertising material will also form part of the terms and conditions of the campaign.
• MTN may in their sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any time, or terminate the Gaga 5G Bundles altogether, without notice.
• MTN’s decision is final in matters relating to the Gaga 5G Bundles. No correspondence will be entered into once the bundles are legitimately purchased and provided.
• Any additional products or services not included in the offered value proposition but required by the customer for fulfilling a desired user experience, will need to be arranged and paid for separately.
• If for any reason any aspect of the Gaga 5G Bundles is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of Synergy which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the freedom voice bundles, MTN in its sole discretion may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Gaga 5G Bundles, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the local regulator.
• MTN will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Gaga 5G Bundles, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
• MTN reserves the right to change the duration of time for the availability of the Gaga 5G Bundles at any time.
• Subject to confirmation, the Gaga 5G Packages cannot necessarily be used in conjunction with any other existing promotions or products.
