Uganda upon presenting a valid Visa & Passport.

The Tourist Sim offers a variety of bundles offering different
combinations of voice, data, and SMS are available from as low as UGX
30,000 and are valid for 30 days. Dial *160*20# to buy a combo of
your choice.
How can I check my Tourist SIM balance?
Dial *131# to check your balance.
Can I use my Tourist SIM for international calls?
Yes, you can make international calls using your Tourist SIM, subject to
applicable roaming charges.
What should I do if I lose my Tourist SIM?
Customers should contact the MTN call center on 100 or visit the
nearest MTN Service center to report the loss and request a
replacement.
How can I get support for my Tourist SIM?
Dial 100 for assistance or visit any of the MTN Service centers near you
for support.
Are there any restrictions on using the Tourist SIM?
Usage is restricted to within Uganda’s borders.
