Your service remains active for 30 days from the start of your subscription.
How do I sign up for Business Internet and what to expect next?
Step 1
Once you have signed up, your request is received by MTN and forwarded for feasibility checks.
Step 2. Service Feasibility checks: These are seamlessly handled through our app during your application process. Our expert teams will then visit your location to conduct a thorough survey and finalize the installation details.
Step 3. Initial Payment: Once our teams complete the requirements for your installation, you will be notified to make payment for the service via MTN Mobile Money
Step 4. Installation & Activation: When your payment is made, the team will start the installation at your location and activate the internet service after the installation. Service is installed within 1- 7 working days, depending on the Business Internet service you take
Will I have a receipt after payment has been made for accountability purposes?
Digital receipts are not yet available on the application but will soon be.
However, since all payments are made on Mobile Money, you will receive a transactional SMS after payment, that serves as proof of payment.
You will also receive a proof of payment via the email address you provide during onboarding.
How to top up for service
Go to My MTN App, select recharge, select Business internet and follow the prompts.
Dial *177*1# and follow the prompts.
