MTN Uganda is committed to creating a world where everyone can participate and contribute, regardless of their abilities. That’s why we have developed a disability programme that aims to empower and support people with disabilities across the country.

Our disability programme focuses on providing access to communication technology, education and employment opportunities, and social inclusion. We believe that by giving people with disabilities the tools they need to communicate, learn and work, we can help them reach their full potential and make a positive contribution to society.

Through our partnership with disability organizations and other stakeholders, we have been able to provide assistive technology and training to people with disabilities, enabling them to use mobile phones and other communication devices. We have also partnered with educational institutions to provide scholarships to students with disabilities, ensuring that they can access quality education.

In addition, we are committed to creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities, and have established partnerships with companies that provide job opportunities to qualified candidates with disabilities. We also encourage our employees to support people with disabilities in their communities by volunteering and participating in disability-related initiatives.
