To get started, simply visit any MTN service center near you with an original valid National ID (Ugandans) or valid Passport (Foreigners), and an active email address. If you’re an old Webphone customer, visit an MTN service center for registration onto the new platform.

The app is available for download on Google Play and Apple Play Store. To recharge your account, load airtime for your Webphone with Webex number using mobile money via *165*1# or via the MoMo app. You can check your account balance by dialing 131 from your MTN Webphone with Webex application to listen and follow the prompts.
