Interested customer can ensure they have a minimum monthly spend of at least UGX 100,000 on 1 or more of the MTN and MoMo products and services to unlock the different MTN Prestige offers.
How do I know that I qualify for MTN Prestige?
When you are eligible, you will receive a notification via the MY MTN App, an SMS or by the call center to opt in to activate the amazing benefits.
How much is it to join MTN Prestige?
There are no costs associated with opting in for this service. A customer is only pre-qualified to enjoy the benefits of this service as per their annual spend and customers who are interested in opting in for this service can always purchase specific combos to unlock more rewards.
