What is the Pay with MoMo, and Win Mobile Money campaign about?
The campaign rewards MTN MoMo customers who make payments with MoMo through MoMo merchant. You can win daily cash prizes by simply using the “Pay with MoMo” service
How long will the campaign run?
The campaign runs for 12 weeks starting 10th October 2024
How do I qualify for the daily rewards?
To qualify, you need to make a transaction of at least UGX 10,000 using “Pay with MoMo” through the *165*3# code or the MoMo app
What prizes can I win?
Hundreds of daily winners will receive UGX 20,000 UGX each
How are the winners selected?
Winners are randomly chosen through an automated system to ensure fairness
Can I win more than once?
No, a customer can only win once per day and once throughout the campaign
What types of transactions are eligible?
When you pay through a registered merchant code, a QR code
Do I need a special account to participate?
No special account is needed. Any MTN MoMo customer can participate by simply making payments using the Pay with MoMo service.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be notified via SMS from MTN Mobile Money after the random selection process each day.
Are there any restrictions on winning?
Yes, a customer can only win once during the campaign. Additionally, fraudulent or gaming transactions will be excluded from the rewards
Can I participate using any MoMoPay merchant?
Yes, you can Pay with MoMo at various merchants, including chain stores, Petrol stations, and informal businesses, as long as the transaction meets the eligibility criteria
