How can I activate MiFi device bundles?
Dial *150*3*2# or Use the MyMTN App and pay through Mobile Money.
How Can I check my MiFi data balance?
*150*3*2# use any number registered with the same name and NIN as the number on the MiFi simcards.
How can I change my MTN MiFi Password?
Connect device to internet, browse with http://192.168.1.1. Login with username and password as indicated on the sticker at the back or bottom of the MiFi to access the change password option.
How can I know my Wi-Fi Connection password?
Check on the MiFi device sticker at the back or bottom use the Wi-Fi Key to connect.
What can I do when my MiFi isn’t connecting?
Check that you have an active bundle, then restart the device. It should be able to work after this, however if it doesn’t contact us for further support.
How can I reset MiFi device?
Look for small hole on device labelled reset, hold down a Sim ejector Pin, wait for the device lights to restart to complete the reset process then reconnect.
Why isn’t my MiFi name not displaying on devices?
Reset the MiFi and reconnect.

Reset the MiFi and reconnect. If it persists, please contact us or visit a service center for further support.
