For MTN Mobile Money Customers:

  1. All MTN SIM customers can participate in this promotional cashback offer.
  2. As an MTN customer, you shall earn points when you Pay with MoMo at any registered MTN MoMoPay merchant outlet, such as;
    • Supermarkets
    • Shops or Duukas
    • Fuel stations
    • Bars and Restaurants
    • Hospitals, clinics, and medical centers
    • Pharmacies
    • Online retailers and service providers.
    • Any other registered provider with a MoMoPay merchant code.
  1. The MTN customer shall earn 1 point for MoMoPay merchant payment of UGX 5,000 and above completed using USSD at *165*3#.
  2. When you Pay with MoMo using the MoMo App, you earn 2 points per transaction, that is UGX 5,000 and above.
  3. You automatically earn UGX 10,000 in cashback after accumulating 10 points.
  4. Your cashback can be used for any MoMo transaction, including paying for more shopping, sending money, paying your bills, and buying airtime, voice, or data bundles.
  5. Yes, here are some transactions that will not give you points for the cashback reward;
    • Depositing money onto your account via a Mobile Money agent or a bank account.
    • Sending money to another number.
    • Sending money internationally.
    • Receiving money into your account.
    • Paying your utility bills, school fees, TV subscriptions, taxes, and fines.
    • MoMoPay merchants paying other MoMoPay merchants (merchant-to-merchant payments).

  3. The lucky draw will run every week, and 5 MoMoPay Merchants will win an MTN Motorbike each.
  4. Winners of the lucky draw shall be contacted using 0312120000.
  5. MoMoPay merchants encouraging their clients to Pay with MoMo increase their chances of winning an MTN Motorbike.
