What is the MTN WRP?
MTN Work Readiness (MWRP) is a three-month soft skills experiential learning mentorship programme for selected underprivileged fresh graduates in Uganda.
Who can apply for the WRP?
Targets fresh graduates from accredited institutions of higher learning who graduated in recent past (3) academic years i.e., 2019/2020, 2020/2021, and 2021/2022
Is it open to all Ugandans
Yes. MTN Work Readiness Programme is open to all Ugandans who graduated in the last three academic years i.e., 2019/2020, 2020/2021, and 2021/2022
